About Carl
Carl Thomas graduated from the McTimoney College of Chiropractic, following his passion by becoming a Chiropractor. Prior to his Chiropractic training, Carl worked as a Firefighter for 12 years.
Carl has always had a passion for serving and help people and initially found chiropractic following an injury in 2004 whilst training to be a firefighter.
Motion Specific Technique
Carl’s favored technique is MST (Motion Specific Technique), which focuses on locating and correcting dysfunctional high-stress areas of the spine, by returning natural motion through specific spinal adjustments. Carl has been using MST for many years, having taken in-person training by the techniques creator, Dr Tim Young.
Diversified Technique
Carl often uses advanced diversified techniques learned throughout many years of dedicated training, with a focus in the restoration of function within the spine and nervous system.
Carl has also been teaching the art of the Chiropractic adjustment to students and Chiropractors in the UK for the past 2 years, to master their technique and help a broader range of clients reclaim their health naturally.
While not in the office, Carl enjoys spending time with his partner Danielle and their miniature Yorkshire Terrier. Having moved from the landlocked counties of Derbyshire and Oxfordshire, Carl looks forward to exploring the south coast and all of the opportunities of living by the sea.
Carl sees New Patients from 5 years of age and up.
