Frequently Asked Questions About Michael's Appointment System
Michael runs a different appointment scheme to the other Chiropractors at the Chichester clinic. If you haven't used the drop in scheme yet or if you had any questions about it, hopefully, this FAQ can help to answer any questions you may have regarding it.
How do I book online?
Why do my confirmation texts & emails say 9:30am?
You will still receive a confirmation email and text as per usual, however, the time of the appointment will show as 9:30am. Please ignore this time, unless this is the time you'd like to come in. Unfortunately, our current booking system does not cater for this appointment system, we are however looking to change this in the near future, so we ask you to bare with us for the time being.
Can I come in at any time?
With this appointment system, you are able to show up at the time of day most convenient for you between the hours of 9:30am to 12:30pm or 3pm to 6pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, and Michael will adjust you. This means if you get stuck in traffic, go over time in a meeting or you need to run an errand it no longer matters, turn up at the best time for you and Michael will be waiting.
How long will I have to wait?
We will always aim to see you as soon as you arrive, with patients being seen in the order of arrival. During peak hours you may occasionally have to wait, however, if you are able to make it in outside of these hours your chance of waiting will be reduced. If you are unable to wait for whatever reason, please let one of our Chiropractic Assistants know and they can reschedule you for another day.
When are peak hours?
These do tend to vary day to day, however, we have noticed some patterns to the diary which might be useful to know. You will most certainly still get adjusted if you show up during these times, just be aware there might be a few patients due to be seen before you.
