So… where are we?
Chichester Chiropractic Health Centre is based at 5 The Courtyard, Vinnetrow Business Park, Chichester, PO20 1QH. It is driving distance from Chichester, Bosham, Fishbourne, Drayton, Goodwood, Hayling Island, Portsmouth, Selsey, Bognor Regis, Rustington, East Preston, Ferring, Worthing, Littlehampton and Arundel areas.

Parking
We have onsite parking located directly out the front of the clinic, with a large overflow area which are both available to patients to use.

Cancellation Policy For Chiropractic & EMSella Appointments

Rescheduling
Appointments must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. However, we will always try to accommodate, where possible, to change your appointment to a different time on the same day if available.

Missed Appointments or Late Cancellations.
Any missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged at the full appointment cost.

Rescheduling
Appointments must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Any missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged at the full appointment cost. If you have a Massage treatment plan, this will be counted/applied as one of your prepaid sessions. 

If we can fill your appointment slot, there will be no charge. 

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Treatment Plans

Treatment Plan Purchases
By purchasing a treatment plan, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Cancellation Before Treatment Begins
If you wish to cancel your treatment plan before any services have been rendered, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation After Treatment Has Begun
Once you have received one or more sessions from the treatment plan, at the discounted cost of each session already completed. Then the remaining unused balance of the plan will be refunded after these deductions.

If the cost of completed sessions exceeds the amount paid, no refund will be issued, and you will be liable to settle any outstanding balance, including X-ray imaging payment plans.

Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed sessions
  • Diagnostic services already processed, such as X-ray

Rescheduling & Missed Appointments

  • Appointments must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may be counted as a used session.

Payment Plan Cancellations
If you are on a payment plan:

  • You are responsible for any outstanding charges covering sessions already completed.
  • You are responsible for any outstanding charges for X-ray payment plans.
  • Future scheduled payments for unused sessions will be cancelled.

How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to reception@chichesterchiropractor.co.uk
Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your treatment plan.
