About Clement

Clement graduated with a Master’s Degree in Chiropractic from the Madrid College of Chiropractic in Spain in 2022, following seven years of dedicated study. Clement has broad training in a wide range of advanced chiropractic techniques, including Gonstead, Thompson, Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), Activator Methods, Logan, and Upper Cervical Technique. This extensive skill set allows him to tailor his adjustments to each patient’s individual needs, offering both gentle and specialised techniques depending on the specific issues presented.

His Chiropractic journey began in France, where he grew up. While attending a career fair during college, he watched in amazement as a Chiropractic student performed a detailed posture analysis on his sister simply by observing her. Coming from a strong sports background and having always loved anatomy and understanding how the body works, this moment sparked a deep fascination with Chiropractic. This led him to pursue a career where he could combine his passion for human movement, sports, and the body’s incredible ability to heal itself.

Clement loves seeing the real transformations in his patients’ lives every day — helping them move better, feel better, and live with greater comfort and freedom.

Outside the clinic, Clement is an active sports enthusiast with a particular love for racket sports. At 18, he worked as an assistant tennis coach, and in 2025 he competed in the Amateur Men’s Doubles tournament at Wimbledon. He also enjoys spending time in nature and is a proud dog dad to Kawhi, his 7-year-old Spanish greyhound-Doberman mix.

Above all, Clement is a devoted husband and father to his boy Noah.

Clement's Chiropractic Techniques

Motion Specific Technique
Motion Specific Technique is a technique honed by Dr. Tim Young, a world-renowned leader in Chiropractic. This technique has been refined to offer the most specific adjustment possible. Motion Specific Technique initially focuses on the assessment of your spine, locating the areas of most stress and restriction, then returning natural motion through specific spinal adjustments. This technique may include 'cracking' and 'popping' of your spinal joints, as the restrictions are released. This is Clement's most commonly used technique for typical patient presentations.

Gonstead
Developed by Dr. Clarence Gonstead, it emphasises thorough analysis to detect and correct specific vertebral subluxations, primarily through manual adjustments delivered with high accuracy and minimal force. Often called the "gold standard" of chiropractic, it focuses on restoring proper spinal biomechanics for optimal nervous system function.

Diversified Technique
This technique looks to remove restrictions between the joints of the spine by performing gentle pulls, pushes, and twists to the spine, helping to remove adhesions from between the spinal joints.  These types of adjustments can cause some mild clicking or popping of your joints, which is a perfectly natural process.

X-Ray Assessment
Clement has completed many hours of training in reading and assessing X-Rays, and reports on X-Rays every day for his patients. This experience helps Clement to accurately locate the areas of most stress in your spine, and assess the causes of the dysfunction, allowing him to create the most effective plan to help to return your spine to normal function. At Chichester Chiropractic Health Centre, we have digital X-Ray imaging facilities available onsite, which we can use if necessary to help more accurately assess the causes of your symptoms.

What is Chiropractic?

Chiropractors in Chichester are trained healthcare professionals who specialise in the diagnosis and treatment of neuromuscular disorders, with a particular focus on the spine. They use a variety of techniques, including spinal adjustments, to help alleviate pain and improve function in the body.

Lower back pain is a common issue that can be caused by a range of factors, including muscle strains, sprains, and injuries to the spine. It can also be the result of underlying medical conditions, such as arthritis or spinal disc degeneration. Neck pain, like lower back pain, can be caused by a variety of factors, including muscle strains, injuries, and underlying medical conditions.

Chiropractic treatment can be an effective way to manage lower back and neck pain. Chiropractors in Chichester use a variety of techniques to help alleviate pain and improve function, including spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and exercise and stretching.

Spinal adjustments involve the use of precise, controlled force to help restore proper alignment to the spine and relieve pressure on the nerves. This can help reduce pain and improve function in the body.

Exercise and stretching can also be an important part of chiropractic treatment for lower back and neck pain. Chiropractors in Chichester may recommend specific exercises and stretches to help strengthen and stretch the muscles in the affected area, which can help to reduce pain and improve function.

In addition to these techniques, chiropractors in Chichester may also recommend lifestyle changes to help manage lower back and neck pain. These may include changes to posture and ergonomics, as well as recommendations for activities that can help to reduce strain on the spine, such as walking or swimming.

Overall, chiropractic treatment can be an effective way to manage lower back and neck pain. If you are experiencing pain in these areas, it is a good idea to consult with a chiropractor in Chichester to determine the best course of treatment for your needs. They can assess your condition and recommend a treatment plan that is appropriate for your needs, which may include a combination of spinal adjustments and manipulations, soft tissue therapy, exercise and stretching, and lifestyle changes.
