The Initial Consultation with Michael Mason is to help determine the most appropriate Pelvic Floor rehabilitation plan for yourself. At this appointment, Michael will spend some time getting to know you, including an informal chat to find out some information on your current and past activities, personal history, and your reasons for seeking help. He will then run through questions relating to your symptoms, what makes them better or worse, and discuss any previous treatments you may have tried previously. This appointment will be over the phone.
Following the consultation Michael will make his treatment plan recommendations and get you booked for your first EmSella treatment.
The cost of this appointment is £62. (Pre-payment is required)
After your first visit, we have a number of payment options, with either an upfront payment or a monthly payment plan.

This appointment is for EmSella treatment. We allow 30 minutes for the appointment, with treatment lasting 25 minutes, giving you time to get comfortable prior to your treatment starting. Treatment is non-invasive and you will remain fully clothed throughout. The cost of this appointment is £160, however, we do offer treatment plans which can bring the cost down to as little as £120 per treatment. If you have already paid for a treatment plan, this session can be used as one of your treatments. Existing Patients Only.
(If you have not had a consultation with Michael yet, or it has been over 12 months since your last appointment you will not be able to have treatment until you have consulted with Michael)

Packages and Treatment Plans
The 6-treatment package is a good value option for new patients with mild symptoms, or those who have had an extended gap between their last treatment. This plan allows a focused approach, which most people find very beneficial in increasing the strength and tone of the pelvic floor, helping to bring symptoms under control. This brings the cost per treatment to £140 each, saving £20 compared to our pay-as-you-go price.
Monthly Payment Plan - £420 per month - The cost of treatment can be split into 2 equal monthly payments, allowing you to spread the cost of treatment over 2 months.
Following the consultation Michael will make his treatment plan recommendations, and let you know what options are most appropriate to achieve your goals.

The 12-treatment package is a good value option for new patients with moderate symptoms, or those who have had an extended gap between their last treatment. This plan allows a focused approach, which most people find very beneficial in increasing the strength and tone of the pelvic floor, helping to bring symptoms under control. This brings the cost per treatment to £120 each, saving £40 compared to our pay-as-you-go price.
Monthly Payment Plan - £288 per month - The cost of treatment can be split into 5 equal monthly payments, allowing you to spread the cost of treatment over the length of your treatment plan.

Maintenance Plans
Our quarterly maintenance package is designed to help maintain the strength and tone of your pelvic floor, preserving your progress and helping to keep your symptoms under control. This plan allows you to spread the cost of treatment over 3 months, with you attending the clinic for treatments every 12-14 weeks. This plan is recommended for most patients who have completed the first 2 phases of care. This brings the cost per treatment to £135 each, saving £25 compared to our pay-as-you-go price.
Following the completion of your initial phases of care, Michael will make his recommendations, and let you know what maintenance schedule is most appropriate for you.
