Free Spine Check

Have you been considering Chiropractic treatment, but unsure whether it could benefit you?

If you’re unsure whether Chiropractic treatment is the right option for you, then please come in for a free 20-minute consultation where we can discuss the reason for your visit, do a quick spine check and explain how we may be able to help.

We will discuss the reason for your visit, talk about your symptoms and how they are affecting you, have a brief chat about any previous injuries, operations or anything else which could be affecting your health.

Prior to your spine check we ask that you complete our New Patient Intake Form, as this will provide us a deeper history of your health prior to meeting with you. The intake form will include:

• List of current medications and dosage
• Details of diagnosed conditions (including dates)
• Details of operations and other medical procedures (including dates)

A spine check gives us a brief overview of your spinal health. We will assess the alignment and movement of your spine, surrounding muscle groups and perform some basic tests to help us determine whether we believe Chiropractic and a full consultation would be of benefit to you.

Once we have discussed your symptoms and checked your spine, we will then explain the findings of the brief examination. Due to the short duration of the examination, this cannot be counted as a clinical diagnosis and is only a rough guide to what may be causing your symptoms.

If you are happy, we can get you booked in for a full consultation where we will cover information about your symptoms in much more detail, and perform a more detailed physical examination. This will allow us to make a full clinical diagnosis and then allow us to offer treatment.
